I need to create a NDA for a nutritionist who will be analysing my recipes. What template am I best using?

Alasdair Taylor's Answer

The best NDA is usually one prepared by a competent lawyer in full possession of all of the facts.

If, however, you are looking to save on legal expenses, a template may be a good solution.

All I can conclude from the information you have provided is that a suitable template would be likely to be:

  • one-way or unilateral (as opposed to two-way or mutual); and
  • straightforward, probably omitting provisions relating to personal data, publicity, etc.
