Landlord and tenant question

When a landlord, for compensation, grants nonexclusive use rights to one tenant, can those rights then be denied in favor of the same rights that have been granted to another tenant, or for their own use?

Can the landlord cancel these rights at will without compensating the first grantee?

Sorry, but we have no expertise in landlord and tenant law.
