I have recently been given a notice of adjudication. The adjudicator found mainly in my favour but advised us that expenses were to be charged 50/50.

I have discovered today that the company was dissolved on 31st May 2016. My question is whether the adjudicator is entitled tohis fees based on the fact that company was dissolved and has the company committed fraud by issuing a notice of adjudication.
