Can I use your legal document templates throughout the EU?

Presumably this isn't a question about licensing.

All our template documents are English law documents: they have been prepared by English-qualified lawyers, are designed to aid compliance with English law, and the contracts take account of the rules of interpretation of English law.

Some of the relevant laws (eg ecommerce law) have been harmonised across the EU, but partially and imperfectly.  Accordingly, you should not rely on our templates for compliance/risk management purposes in respect of any other jurisdiction.

Indeed, the documents are just templates. You can't really rely upon templates at all: they are only tools. Lawyers use templates in the work. When using a template, you are taking the role of the lawyer.
