ContractAlert

A free service provided by SEQ Legal, ContractAlert is designed to help you keep your contracts and other legal documents up-to-date.

The service consists of regular, concise email bulletins that:

• highlight changes in the law that have a practical effect on commercial, technology and media contracts;
• summarise valuable contract law and IP/IT law resources from around the web;
• supply codes for exclusive offers (including substantial discounts) on legal templates; and
• highlight drafting changes to our legal templates.

The service is aimed primarily at small and medium-sized UK businesses, especially those operating in technology and media markets. Bulletin frequency depends upon legal developments, but will typically be 4 or 5 times a year.
